"We have been using AllPets for almost 10 years now. We started using them after being let down by a previous provider and have never looked back. We have had occasion to make use of their services close to 30 times during this period. They are fabulous! Sitters always arrive as arranged and when we return – whether from a 6 week international trip or a long weekend to Rottnest – the house is perfect. Cleaner than when we left. The dogs (Bella, Poodle X, and Molly, Yorkie X) have always been well looked after. The plants are watered. Everything sorted. It’s great." - Rebecca Perth

"Judith was amazing. Sent me updates frequently as was worried that Jerry wasn’t eating. She ended up taking his food to him on the bed where he stayed for most of the time….he’s very shy. Cats were fine, house was neat and tidy, she washed the sheets and towels that she had used. Judith complied with all my requests, such as collecting the liteneasy delivery and the newspapers. She even left me a box of chocolates – which I told her was quite unnecessary! I would certainly recommend her, and hope I can get her again when next I go away. "Our trip away in September was made much easier by our sitter Mahlia. We were within 24 hrs of leaving when our dog Frankie was taken ill and needed a vet visit. He was given medication and a variation to his diet for the next week, never an easy task but even more so when needing to hand it over to someone Frankie doesn’t know well. Mahlia took all this in her stride, moved in and just took over. We got regular updates from her to reassure us Frankie was doing well. When we arrived home both Frankie and the house were in good condition and we had nothing to do. Mahlia took great care of Frankie while we were away and ensured our trip was enjoyable and care free. "Diana was great, quick to respond when I contacted her. Poppy wasn't in good form one day, I think she had hurt her back, Diana made appointment with the vet. When I received Diana's message I replied back with the type of medication and dosage that Diana could give her. Within an hour Poppy was back to her normal self and Diana cancelled the vets appointment. I did say she could keep the appointment if it gave her peace of mind that Poppy was ok, she said that she was happy with Poppy's improvement and would cancel. So a very successful sit and house spotless, thank you. Diana comes highly recommended by me. "Luke was delightful. He came and met our cat Botrytis (and us) twice before our departure. While we were away, he sent us photos of Botrytis on a weekly basis, with a little message about how things were going. It seems he and our cat formed a great little bond. Our house was immaculate upon our return. Luke even arranged to collect a parcel for us from the post office, which was extremely helpful as we were not going to be back in time to collect it before the date it was due to be returned to sender. Thank you for giving us peace of mind during our holiday - knowing our home and our family pet were being lovingly looked after allowed us to relax and enjoy. He kept in touch regularly as promised and even helped me out when my flights were delayed. I was delayed 24 hours and although Lyndon went to his new sitting on Saturday, he came back to sit with Oscar for a while and gave him his dinner then, he returned Sunday morning and waited for me to arrive home. This is service above & beyond any expectation!!! On return, my house was clean & tidy and Oscar was in tip top condition and very happy.
